Description of Work: Counseled on available insulating window glass and provided triple glazed window of choice. They were very informative and professional. Place of business also carried bathroom and shower glass enclosures, and I'll likely return when I'm ready for that part of my bathroom remodel.

Description of Work: As noted previously, we had a difficult time getting them here to temporarily move a piece of glass, that we had recently bought from them. Also, they arrived without the storage cradle listed on the invoice, so it had to be leaned against a wall. For this, they charged us $250.00, even though the work took 15 minutes. (They spent more time in their truck in our driveway, calling-in our Master Card!) They also said it would cost $250 to replace the glass! I just wanted to note that we are now pricing 2 custom frameless plate glass shower enclosures, and we most certainly are not asking for a quote from them!
