Called Ken's plumbing left a message. Received a call back within 30 minutes. We scheduled the appointment for the next day. Ken arrived on time. Ken's Plumbing was called in as a second opinion for a previous plumbers recommendation to dig the line. Ken spent 4 hours working on this line. His persistence and tenacity to unclog this line was unbelievable. Even when (2 or so hours into it) it looked doubtful he refused to give up. He continued to work on it until it was unclogged. The pipe appeared to be clogged by several things (toys, house siding, small whiffle ball and an action figure). Once it was clogged mud/silt just accumulated in the line. Professional and courteous and cleaned up every thing before leaving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I felt that Ken's Plumbing Service did great work. I liked that they cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly to me.
