After 3 years, the pole on the fence rusted out and broke. Called over 30 times or so for them to honor their warranty to no avail. Office was very unorganized and was told they dont have an electronic system so they lose paper work. Sad but I need to go to another company to have them repair what these guys "repaired."

FIRST OFF, THE PART IN QUESTIONIS NOT A POST IT IS A TOP RAIL SLEEVE WHICH HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE WORK WE DID AT MR PAGONE. WE INSTALLED 7' OF FENCE NEAR THE GARAGE AND BENT A PIECE OF TOP RAIL BACK STRAGHT FOR $587.25. THE PIECE IN QUESTION WAS DAMAGED BY THE NEIGHBORS TREE FALLING ON THE REAR SECTION OF THE FENCE BREAKING THE SLEEVE BY THE HOMEOWNER'S ADMISSION WHICH A COPY OF THE CONTRACT IS AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE WHO WISHS TO SEE. AND YES, WE DO HONER OUR WARRANTY WHEN ITS SOMETHING WE INSTALLED NOT WHEN SOMEONE TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE.

They did a great job. Fence looks great, installers were very informative. Cleaned the area after they finished. We would recommend them. We are very happy with our experience with Fences Unlimited.

My neighbor and I are supposed getting fencing done by this company. She paid her 50% deposit in February 2021, I signed on for my little area in early April and paid my 50% deposit. We were told by End of May or 6-8 weeks and it would be installed. We have contacted them multiple times and have not gotten any updates on when thus will happen. I now gave a dog and she has been putting of landscaping due to the installation process. It’s very unprofessional and we are about to ask for our money back. Would not recommend them to others.

Your fence was ordered along with your neighbors fencing we are at the mercy of the manufacturer and aluminum has been a 14 to 18 week for production and shipping of orders.
