Nothing else

Eddie arrived promptly, assessed the chairs, and began work promptly and carefully. He explained what he was doing when I asked him; he was polite, friendly, and worked diligently to complete the task of repairing small open seams on 4 dining chairs. I was very pleased with the quality of his work, by the way he tidied up, and that he was clearly experienced and careful. Eli was excellent to work with. We communicated back and forth by phone and email so that everything was clear up front. THANKS.

good over all. but would have appreciated the actual manager coming to the apartment to meet me ,at least at the beginning. to pick up the chair..as they forgot the fabric and the man had to return to get the fabric. CONNECTING WITH THE MAIN MAN WHO SHOWS HIS FACE IS A PART OF THE TRUST YOU BUID IN HIRING A NEW WORKER....ALSO THE DELIVERY WAS A PROBLEM AS THEY DELIVED LATER THAN EXPECTED AFTER PLEADING WITH THEM...REPEAT CUSTOMERS HAPPEN WHEN THESE THINGS ARE MET WITH MORE PERSONAL RESPOJNSIBITY.

Excellent workmanship

They did an excellent job reupholstering 2 old chairs that I inherited from my mother. They were attentive, on time and reasonably priced. I will use them again.

A little pricey but did a wonderful job, reliable and had the chairs ready ahead of schedule.

Beautiful job re-covering the chair, but I was surprised to see how they had completely re-done all of the wood. The chair was returned looking better than ever. I was thrilled.

I think they have done fine work. They also fixed a rocking chair that needed new cane and a side chair needing new cane. and 2 wonderful antique arm chairs needing total reupholstery. They were professional and on time to do everything they promised. The fees were a bit high but not if one considers amount of the work that needed to be done. Also the materials (fabrics) were included in the price. I will know in 15 years if it was worth it. I expect this to last at least that long.
