My chairs look fabulous. The re-upholstery was beautifully done, the old wooden chairs look fresh and renewed. I'll definitely call Mike again for my next project.

Very happy with work!

I had an upholstered cushion that I wanted shortened for a bench. I paid $400 for this cushion. After giving very specific measurements and instructions of what I wanted, I was sure that my cushion would come back as requested. However, when I got it back it was about 10" shorter than instructed so it now does not fit my bench. in addition, the work was sloppy. Seams are crooked, and there is a hole in the fabric that wasn't there before. Overall, very shoddy work and an extreme lack of attention to detail and instruction. My $400 cushion does not fit my bench, and I will be purchasing another to replace it. Very disappointed.

Great selection of fabrics.Delivered chairs on time. Mike was easy to contact and extremely helpful. He was professional and pleasant. Mike did an excellent job and I would recommend him to anyone.

Mike is a gem. We need more Mikes in this world. He was the first person to respond On home advisors. We scheduled an on-site look at our Reupholstery job in our apartment and he even provided amazing customer service from far away on an overseas trip From first call to completion, the job took 10 days and my chairs look perfect.

Project; Reupholster Review by Dale Toscano in Brooklyn I had 6 dining room chairs including caning three of the chairs done.He also had removable plastic covers for all of them made. Getting the plastic covers made took a little extra time but the quality of his work was superb. Mike was personable and always answered me when ever I called. I am very glad I chose him. I will use him again and would gladly recommend him.

I had to call to find out if he would be coming to fix my chair. We made a date, but he forgot. But, when he came he for sure solved my problem. Ultimately, very pleased.

ReUpolstery NYC reupholstered my 6 dining room chairs, they switched the seat boards with another customers leaving my chairs with small seats that do not fit the chair frame well. I called Mike and showed him the mistake his company made I also showed him a picture of my chairs before he took them he said he would get back to me regarding this matter. For 6 weeks I called Mike and he did not answer nor did he return my calls. I took Mike to court and he did not show up, I won the case, and still one year later Mike still refuse to pay me or answer my calls. He charged me one thousand, one hundred, and ten dollars to reupholster 6 seats on my dining room chairs. Do not hire this company or be fooled by Mike

Wow! procrastinated for almost 3 yrs. Loved my chair( 23yrs) and could not find a replacement. Finally decided to move forward with re-upolstery and lucked out . Finished chair looks like I found a replica of the original, only better. Excellent workmanship, outstanding customer service all around quality. Dont make the mistake of passing over ReUpolstery NYC for someone else.
