Not inexpensive, but the work they do is outstanding and each staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional.

I was told that the chair I needed recovered would look like new. Reupholstery looked good but scratches on armS were worse than when I gave them the chair. When I complained and asked why the arms were not touched up, I was told that I did not ask to have this done.

Eli was very helpful in discussing fabric options and dealing with the restrictions of my apartment building. The final product was looked good and they were able to maintain the original manufacturerâ s labeling.

pick-up and workmanship were very good. Sample materials for reupholstering were plentiful and the final product was exactly the same as what we chose. The only difficulty was that we were told the chairs would be picked up early one day and returned the following evening. They didn't meet that expectation and not even the day after.

It too me a long time to find a reputable company to reupholster my two benches at a reasonable price. I already had the fabric, and the quotes I was getting were way beyond the value of the benches new. Reupholstery NYC offered a fair price and their reviews were good. Anytime I had a question, I received a prompt and courteous reply. The benches turned out gorgeous, but there was an issue underneath we had discussed before they took them I called and the promptly picked them up, adjusted and returned them - they are perfect!! I would 100% recommend and use them again! Such a good find!!

ReUpholsteryNYC constructed & upholstered 6 dining chair seats. We were very pleased with how well and quickly it was done. The only delays were while I searched for and agonized over the exact print and perfect color of the fabric. The owner Mike, along with his office staff, were always responsive & helpful. We are looking forward to using ReUpholsteryNYC again for a major project.
