Professional process end to end, from Kevin doing walkthrough of everything, to the contract price, to the setting of install date, and then to day of install. The team showed up early and got to work right away. They worked through the day and got our roof done in one day. And it looks great. And the cleanup the team does throughout the project and at the end was great. We would definitely recommend Luna Siding and Roofing.

I did a lot of research and had quite a few estimates from other companies before I chose Luna. From the very first meeting with the saleperson, Andrew, to the customer service with Stephanie, to the onsite work with the owner, Rolando... I couldn't be happier. I am a picky consumer - I prefer to actually like and have confidence in the people I hire. This company has tremendous integrity, is a total pleasure to deal with, did an impeccable installation on the roof (replacing plywood in 3 spots), cleaned up like they'd never been here... AND, my irises were just about to bloom the day they were doing the roof - I aske Rolando to please try and avoid any damage to them (they were right in the line of fire for the tarps and the roofing coming down) - but he did some very creative thinking and my irises are now in full bloom, which makes the roof look even better. I can't say enough glowing things about Luna Siding and Roofing. Thanks Rolando and crew!

they were able to change the repair date -no questions asked-. Arrived 15 minutes early and they started right up. They cleaned up after themselves. They worked quick,put a new roof on and it looks great,,,,

On time, professional service. Excellent work crew. Impecable results of tearing off old garage roof shingles and replacing worn 4X8' sheets with new 5/8th" plywood as needed. As I have worked with contractors previously on other projects, it was great seeing a contractor adhere to the schedule and procedures as detailed in the bid quote. Replaced the roof on our house. Showed up at 7am, just like they said they would and got everything done in 1 day. When they were done, cleaned up like they weren't even there. Roof look great now.

To start with Luna siding and roofing was probably by far the best contractor I have had in process of renovating my home . They were always punctual with time,very polite , and always cleaned up after end of day of working. I had siding installed , they did entire job in 3 days , and didn’t find fault with anything they did on my home . They really transformed the look of my 90 ur old home , looks amazing! I am now gonna have them replace my roof and install gutters on entire home . I tried dealing with an independent local contractor but didn’t work out what so ever , so do yourself a favor pay a little more and deal with a real company that knows their stuff, as Luna knows what they are doing and can’t say enough about them , I’d be happy to always give references for them and speak to potential customers of their great workmanship and just the great experience I had with this company , thank you Lisa dishek , I give them 5 stars plus !!!!

Trying to pick a roofer can be a very stressful time. Too many choices, many things to think about. Right from the start Luna put us at ease. Andrew did not put on the hard sell, he was honest about cost, scope etc. He answered our many questions and never put down other companies, like some of the others we met with did. Once we signed the contract Stephanie in the front office was so helpful setting up a date and communicating to us every step of the way. The crew showed up on time and went right to work.They covered everything so there was no damage done anywhere to the exterior of our house. Rolando the owner and Antonio the foremen were on site throughout the job and were available for any questions or surprises, thankfully everything went smoothly. When it came to clean up, if not for the new roof and the Luna sign in our front yard, we would never have known they had been there. It was amazing to watch as they even raked our lawn to make sure there were no debris from the old roof. They started at 7am and were gone before 5 pm. The roof looks great and we are happy we chose Luna. I cannot say enough about Luna Roofing and their professionalism. Next time we need work done we will go to Luna.

They started work on time and they finished the job the same day. Very pleased with the outcome as they did an excellent quality job. The total price I paid was what they said it would be when they gave me the estimate. They cleaned up thoroughly during and after the job. Any of my questions were answered on the spot. Definitely recommend them.

We recently signed up Luna Siding and they have completed a truly great roof and siding project for us on a small cottage. Their work is efficient, very neat and well finished. I would be so happy to give them a 5 star rating on their work alone, but their salesman Kevin is where the whole project leaves a bad taste in your mouth so I cannot advocate their services. Kevin will give a price and you will assume it is all you will pay until the workers get there and start performing the work but find other unexpected additional costs. I may have been ok the way it all ended because even the owner explained the upcharges kindly to me and said that it is hard to determine what they find once they open up a roof and this is not entirely Kevin's fault because he couldn't see under the metal roof that had to be removed to change it to shingle roofing. After negotiating with the owner we came to a fair upcharge settlement but discovered that the interior ceiling needed to be repaired after a boot or two went through while the work was getting done. Also, it was taken care of, hey unforeseen things happen. Kevin came to get the final check to conclude Luna Sidings work with us but his attitude was as such as a scorned little boy (I suspect his boss must've chewed him out or something). He was angry that I asked him a few time over the phone the day before about what lead up to his original pricing and perhaps he could have been more accurate because no one wants upcharges when a certain amount is budgeted for and more is required. He was also angry that I had a strong flashlight with me to walk with him around the house to view the superbly completed project. Either way, if he handled himself better we were planning to activate Luna Siding services to also do our new siding (a larger house) that he had quoted weeks back but felt that his maturity in handling any obstacle prevailed in such a negative light that we rather seek another company to do the work. Its a pity though because the rest of the team did a great job.

The work started on time and they finished both the roof and new gutters all in one day. The work quality was excellent . I defiantly plan on calling them next year when having new siding installed. Everyone was friendly and worked hard . Very happy with our new roof ! Thank you Luna Roofing !
