I have to say Mike and his crew were amazing ! The property they worked on is my vacation home and that can be very complicated and stressful not being on site to meet or have the work done. From the moment I spoke to Mike he kept me fully informed when he was doing the estimate, answering all my questions promptly and fully ! When it came time to do the job his crew was there and even sent me pictures of the progress they were making as well as pictures of the finished product. The crew was amazing and I returned to my home in perfect condition with its brand new roof !

Mike Kaplan is a straight shooter, gave me a quote on the spot and stuck to it, which was 15% lower than all the other offers in this hot real estate market. His crew did the whole thing in a day and half. What more can I ask for.

Did a great job. Professional. Worked well together. Except for finding some roofing nails on the lawn, they did a good job in cleaning up. They brought all the materials with them, which included a mobile dumpster. Definitely, a plus. Communication with office staff was at times stressful, and could be better. Sales man used hi pressure techniques which almost made me use someone else,

They were quick and paid attention to the smallest detail. I was most impressed with the clean up after tearing off the old roof and completing the project. They even avoided flowers in the garden! The work was outstanding and the price was exceptionally fair. The owner, Rolando was onsite and extremely accessible. He was very patient and answered all my questions.
