Great. The techs were very pleasant and professional. Left everything clean and tidy, and did not try to upsell me on anything. I'd definitely hire again.

Tom & his crew did a super job from the first emergency call on a Sunday until it was determined that the entire unit should be replaced.  They returned my emergency call expeditiously and kept me informed via text messaging. 

Would highly recommend their services based on their responsiveness and customer focus. 

Great!!!! No hassle, great price, did it in record time. Nice guy. I would recommend him for the future. Also helped with some other questions I had about the unit with no charge.

Had an emergency leak, Tom was here with an hour speaking to him. Call was made at 9 PM. Did everything effectively and at a fair and reasonable price. I would for sure higher him again.

Tom Peters provided the Biasi B-10 boiler and all associated parts (new zone valves, circulator pumps, plumbing) and labor. The hot water maker/tank was also replaced. Good quality materials and labor. The plumbers Tony and Doug as well as Charlie the Electrician were all professional and provided a high quality work. Very impressed.

Tom was easy to work with - he provided accurate and detailed cost estimates during the proposal phase. He was not the lowest cost provider, but I chose him to do the work based on his professionalism and the quality/grade of the materials he was proposing to use.

There was urgency on this project and Tom showed up exactly when he said he would. He was extremely communicative and informative and worked with us to clearly define our options in a manner we can understand, not having any real experience in this area.
He is clearly someone that can be trusted and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of his field.

I called Tom the day before a 90 degree heat wave as our a/c was out. Tom picked up the phone on the first ring and scheduledan appointment for that evening. He actually wanted to come over earlier in the day but I had an appointment down in Scarsdale so he agreed to come by that evening. I was home by 7:30, called Tom and he was there by 8:00. Now our a/c is back online, so bring on that heat wave!

We moved into our new home 2 months ago. There was an issue w/ our broiler and we didn’t have any hot water. We had service done by another company and they said we just needed oil. However, this didn’t fix the entire issue. We had heat but still no hot water. We had hired some plumbers who said we needed a new water tank.


I explained my story to Tom and he told me not to call anyone else. He said he would come out and look at the broiler and he was there that evening. Within seconds he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It turns out the electric heater gauge was broken so the water wasn’t heating up. He did an excellent job and really went above and beyond. I don’t even live in district and he normally doesn’t service my area, this just goes to show how compassionate he is. He saved us thousands of dollars and I am very grateful for him. I would highly recommend him to others.

HP Hvac has always done a great job. I found out about HP Hvac through an electrician that I use. HP Hvac has always been fantastic and helped me any time I have had an emergency. I would give him an "A" on everything.
