It was fine. The realtor did a good job of advertising it. They put a video and pictures in their website and kept us informed about what was going on. They closed the deal quickly. They took care of all the work very quickly so I was happy with them. In the past I have used them to help me find a person who would rent an apartment that I had out there as well. They pre-screened the renters for me so we didn't waste time with people who were not qualified and they found me 2 good tenants. For the pricing, it is kind of expensive. Their fee is $1600 for selling a property and it cost me $500 when we did the rental with them.

Each sale has gone well in terms of April's work to appraise, advertise, show and handle the paperwork of the sale. Real Estate is always full of problems and these sales were no exceptions. Survey results with issues, angry neighbors, paperwork taking a long time. However, April helped resolve all the issues she could and gave good, fair advice for each transaction. The costs were what is typical of real estate in this area. 6% for homes and 10% for commercial or vacant land. I think that is a lot but it is what all the real estate people charge. I am very happy with April's work. I would recommend her to anyone in the Albion/Holley/Lyndonville and surrounding area.
