Had water in my basement and called to have my furnace checked out before turning it on. Bob came out and took water out of the blower and started furnace. Never said that he did not put a filter in the furnace, never put on the paperwork that he didn’t put a filter in the furnace. I am 81 years old and told him I could not get down the stairs and he said everything was fine. Not only did my furnace run without a filter but he never gave me my senior discount. I have used them for years but won’t be anymore

The only thing that I didn't like was they gave me a general time, but they were way off. They're good people. The furnace runs great. They did a great job. To get a higher grade, they could be on time.

Very well, they arrived when they said the would and completed the work on time. They worked quietly and kept the work areas clean as they worked and cleaned up when they were finished with the job.
