Great! Marcin did a fantastic job - Amazing attention to detail - all corners and areas around stairs spindels were hand scraped. Punctual, left house clean at the end of every workday and respectful of our space - even though the house was empty. Worked until the job was done - one night past 8pm! Wish all tradespeople took as much pride in their craft as Marcin. Would recommend him highly and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Excellent. My wife and I recently moved to a new home and were looking to have our floors refinished. I found Marcin through Angie's List and scheduled an appointment for the coming Saturday. Marcin arrived on time, evaluated the current condition of our floors and thoughtfully answered all of our question. Within a few days of his visit, we received an estimate from Marcin that was comparable to other bids we received. What ultimately sold us on Marcin was his knowledge of flooring, his use of a dustless system and the 100+ glowing reviews he's received on Angie's list. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Marcin and his crew showed up on time, treated our house with respect, and completed the job on time despite various setbacks out of Marcin's control. Our floors look better than we ever could have expected and we fully intend to hire Marcin again in a few years when the time comes to apply a new coat of poly. Highly recommend.

Marcin did a beautiful job! Our timeline required the final coat to be finished several months after the first two coats. He took great care to buff and prepare floor for last coat. I would definitely recommend.

Job was done perfectly. Very professional work. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend them highly to others. Our kitchen floor has never looked this good, even when it was first done 19 years ago. I would never consider using anyone else for future floor refinishing in other areas of my home. The products used were environmentally friendly which was of great importance to me since I have severe allergies and react to chemical smells. I had no problems at all and was very pleased that I could remain at home during the work.

My experience was great, Euro installed wood floors at my sister's home and she recommended them to me. I didn't want to just use anyone, I really wanted a floor man that only does floors. Euro was on time all the time, very professional. The owner and helper had great workmanship and much care put into the job. Communication was good as we moved forward wiith the project and as I was trying to decide on what stain color I wanted. Not everyone does a job like this and I appreciate good work and the floor exceeded my expectations.

Very smoothly. We loved how safe the work was, the process kept dust to a minimum. Its true that you can still use other parts of the apartment and do not have to move out. Floors look better and better and fell like new. Very professional and really worked with us to accomplish what we wanted to do.

Let me start by saying that I am a tough customer, I have a habit of sending multiple emails and at times it can be very difficult to manage. Marcin and his team are amazing. Not only they accommodated every single request , they also never made me feel uncomfortable. Kai, who manages the calls, is wonderful and polite, while Marcin is a true professional! We needed to refresh hardwood floors that were under carpet for many years and Marcin made them look like new. My dining room floors were severely damaged by furniture, water and long use. Euro floors team was able to restore them and the room looks brand new. They left the house clean and stunning. I can not say enough kind words and I will use them in a future. Thank you very much for making my home beautiful!

I am very happy with my "new" floors! Marcin is very responsive and a true professional. Quote was provided within 24-48 hours after initial contact. Once I accepted his quote he proceeded without delay, work started immediately. The entire job took around 2 weeks, and Marcin was on the job site every day. He does not skip from one job site to another. He devotes 100% of his time and workers to one job site before moving on to another project. From the beginning Marcin was extremely professional. He actually comes and does the work himself and ends each day with a thorough inspection of work done. Marcin and the team at Eurofloors did an excellent job refinishing my apartment floor. There were some really nasty spots that I was informed were most likely caused by pet urine. Also there were some ugly scratches/gouges that I think were caused by whoever pulled the carpet up. Eurofloors was really accommodating. Marcin came to give me a free estimate on a weekday evening. Kai handled all the paperwork with my co-op board. They were able to fit me into their schedule with pretty short notice. My floors were complete done a week before I moved in. The finished product looked great. I could hardly believe it was the same floor. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Marcin was great. His team came in and completed the job on time and on budget. He truly has a dustless system. There was almost 0 dust remaining when he left. His repairs to the old floor are almost impossible to find which is great. He was very patient with my wife and I while we picked out a stain. The resurfacing so far has been great. He even came back to check on us after 4 weeks or so. All I can say is that he and his team were very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest. We have a master suit that currently has carpet and you can bet I will be calling Marcin again for the installation. I think the best recommendation i can make is being a candidate for repeat business. Don't be afraid to use these guys they are great to work with.

In a word? Awesome! I wish all contractors were like that: doing what promised for price quoted and doing it well. My old floor was old and very creaky so I did a lot of research and decided to replace them. I contacted Marcin based on online reviews. He does most of the work himself (with a bit of help from other guys) so he's a very busy guy. So he responds late in the evening and scheduling sometimes might be tough, but it's worth the wait. Marcin is very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what's under my floors and what would work and what would not. The price he gave me was a tad higher than other quotes I received, but you get what you pay for. He stuck to the price and the timeline he gave me, even though there were a couple small extra things he did for me. The result is new floors that are beautiful, level, and most importantly quiet! This is how happy I am with them: I had a very long and very stressful day at work, I am tired, grumpy, and hungry, I come to the apartment at like 9pm to check in, I see a section of the new floors and I start doing a little dance of "yay!" (literally). Full day of stress wiped out. And that's really all "supervision" I needed to do - come in and be happy. The only blemish in the process was the baseboards: there are a couple tiny gaps between them and the floors, but I think that speaks for itself that this is my *only* complaint.

Hardwood floors installed by contractor, but I chose Euro Floors to sand and stain instead of contractor's regular guy. Marcin had completed work on my mother's floors which came out great, so I wanted him for the job. He is a professional who takes pride in his work and the floors show it. I also called him to fix an area where the contractor had put deep gauges in the floor. I recommend him highly.

I cannot say enough about our experience with Marcin and his team at Eurofloors. We originally contracted with Home Depot. Once we removed the old flooring, we discovered 3 different types of subfloor and that it was very uneven. We had the company that Home Depot contracts come and take a look and they canceled our job as it was too difficult to handle. However, Marcin and his team were able to level the subfloor and install our hardwood. They did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier. Our floors look beautiful. Thank you for everything!

The company was very cooperative in scheduling the visit to come in and measure and price the work, despite our hectic schedule. The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful with the ideas. I did not go ahead with the work so cannot weigh in on the Quality. The price seemed reasonable.

First of all I can't say enough good things about Marcin and Euro Floors. Everything was handled seamlessly from providing a reasonably priced estimate, to handling all the paperwork that is required when working in a co-op, to the QUALITY of the work performed. My apartment was unfortunately flooded from an issue with the plumbing, and while the floors were salvaged, the old polyurethane was peeling off, and the floors were cupping in certain areas. We decided to go with a natural finish and I didn't even realize my floors were in such bad shape until after his work was done...because I finally realized this is how hardwood floors are ACTUALLY supposed to look. To clarify Marcin (the owner of the company) is the one who actually refinishes your floors, not some crew of sub-contractors. So the attention to detail is really amazing. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
