did not arrive for measuring at time scheduled. after a call someone came but after I waited all day did not measure, just looked at stairs, there was significant overage of carpeting came to install carpeting which went fine but carpet started showing wrinkles/waves within 3 weeks. I was under impression that good carpeting did not stretch significantly

Alex came to show us samples and measure the area. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect carpet. The installers arrived on time and were very professional. The carpet looks great - no seams are showing and it's stretched perfectly. We would surely use this company again.

They were very professional and informed about quality and wear. We initially went to the store to look at their carpets and get some information. We gave them an approximate measurement, and they were able to go to my house the same day and give me an accurate measurement and exact price. I had a coupon from Angie's List that they honored.. I was very pleased with their services, and so far the carpet looks great. Of course, we will have to see if it stands the test of time.

The Installers were on time and very nice and did a great job.

Alex came to our house and measured the area. We discussed different options as the basement had recently taken on some water in the affected area and we had to remove the carpet in that area. Alex recommended a vinyl floor glued to the cement so it the leak happened again, it would be easy to clean up. When the installers arrived, they prepped the area but realized that they had the wrong measurements. They had to go back to the store and get another piece. I spoke with Alex. They committed to getting the job done that day (and they did) and they honored the original price. While it was a minor inconvenience in the sense that the job took longer than expected, the installers stayed until it was done (Saturday of Labor Day weekend) and did the job right. Overall, I was pleased with the process, price and final result. I would go with First Class Carpets again.

My family has been using Class Carpet for the past 20+ years. The owner Alex and his workers are all friendly and professional. Alex came promptly to take measurements and show samples. He is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the difference between wood, engineered wood and laminate flooring. We ultimately decided on laminate due to ease of maintenance as well as our budget. Our order came in within a week and our beautiful floors were installed over the following 2 days. The hard working installers were punctual, they cleaned up as they worked and were even able to save our old molding! We will, without a doubt, continue to use Class Carpet for all of our flooring needs!

Alex came to my apartment with with the papers and tile samples. When I tried to ask him about the brand of tile he shouted "don't touch it!". Furthermore, when I was trying to read his papers he would tell me "You don't have to read it, just sign it!" He did not answer any of my questions. When I did not sign it he became irate. I asked him to leave but he would not. I had to call apartment security to get him to leave. I would not recommend inviting this man into your home to do business.

Alexis's crew came over at the drop of a hat and installed a beautiful floor flawlessly. Exactly what I wanted, when I wanted it at a fair price.

The service was excellent. Three guys came out and it took an hour and half to complete the job. The carpet was good quality. I liked everything they did. They were on time and did a great job. They cleaned everything up and placed it outside for me.

We had 2 bedrooms and our staircase carpeted. Everything was very easy. Installation was fast. The 3 installers that came were excellent. After finishing they took everything away. The carpet looks great and feels great. Alex the owner was fanatastic to work with from beginnning till the end.

This company was great. I was visiting my parents for only a few days and they needed a new floor. I started making calls but Alex called me back right away and came over right away, too. He was able to show us beautiful samples and get them to our house in 2 days. His pros put in the floor really quickly and did such a great job. When I sent pictures to others they couldn't believe I put in a tile floor but I had to call them back and tell them it wasn't tile, it only looked like it. They all thought it was really tile. I had other workers at the house at the time and they were all getting the contact info for the company for their other clients. This company was fast, professional, high quality, and great price. Would not call anyone else.

They were terrific from the beginning! They helped me find carpet I really liked, gave an estimate and then sent someone to measure within 24 hours. The quote came in higher than the estimate as I hadn't accounted for the large walk-in closets and they felt bad so they discounted the carpet to get closer to the estimate! Installation was seamless. Very happy!

EXCELLENT! As always. We visited Classic on a Sunday afternoon, picked out a carpet in less than 1/2 an hour, secured a great price with padding, free installation. They indicated that they might be able to install the next day, and would call my cell with confirmation. Two hours later, they called me and set up an install appointment for Monday night at 5:30. They were on time, installed the carpet in less than an hour, cleaned up and took any trash with them., It was like they were never there except for the beautiful carpet.

My experience at the store picking the carpet out, them coming to measure, calling with estimate and finally the installation was excellent. Highly recommend them!

A team of three "Class Carpet" installers, not sub-contractors, arrived 20 minutes before the time we were told to expect them. They proceeded to rip up the old carpeting and install the new carpeting. They were extremely efficient, with each member knowing exactly what to do without interfering with other members. No one stood around for any reason and.It took them approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours. They were very courteous and exhibited a high level of professional competency. Additionally, the team cleaned up after the installation,including sweeping and vacuuming, and packaged the old carpeting neatly and put it at the curb for the town sanitation pickup the next day. While the foregoing was the actual work, it should be noted that it all really started at the showroom when Mr. Alex Sayadfar, President of Class Carpet, spoke with us. There was no high pressure sales pitch as we had encountered in two previous shopping experiences and there were no nickel & dime additions to the price. The price offered was all inclusive. He instilled a level of confidence in our choosing to do business with Class Carpets.
