I originally was unhappy with the price but after a conversation with the owner I was granted a credit. The company otherwise was very professional, friendly and completed the service which was needed. The company made efforts to follow up on my prior review and based on this follow up alone (highly unusual) I would have to say they went out of their way to satisfy my service needs. Overall I adjusted my ratings to 5 based on the effort shown by the owner and his worker.

Dean contacted me almost immediately. He had someone out within one hour even though it wasn't an emergency. Jose came out and worked extremely hard to get through a huge blockage in my main sewer from tree roots. I couldn't believe what he pulled out. This was on a Saturday afternoon. By Monday morning the crew was out there, had the utility lines marked, and relined my main sewer. They finished by 4pm just as Jose had figured and explained to me. Very professional job. They were courteous, knowledgeable, hard working. Great job !

Updated: After giving a low rating for *value for money* Superior called me and offered a partial refund. I have upgraded the rating accordingly. Chris is a good plumber, but he does not set the prices, his boss does. I will definitely look for more reasonable pricing next time I need plumbing work done.
