Stay away. Everyone was polite and kind, but that was the only good thing about my experience. Technician who removed old galvanized hot/cold lines and replaced with pex/copper was absolutely not qualified for the work he attempted and I had to pay another company to redo the entire job after only receiving 50% refund from Superior. The technician: 1) Did not replace removed valves as promised, leaving me with no way to shut off water to risers without shutting off water for entire house. 2) Used Shark Bite fittings, but also the wrong kind of Shark Bite fittings (polybutylene conversion couplings used on copper/pex). 3) Covered every copper joint in tons of excess solder, with huge drips running down pipes. 4) Left scorch marks on basement wall and melted plastic on top portion of hot water tank from copper sweating. 5) Mangled, broke and melted plastic drywall anchors in concrete block wall trying to secure copper lines (left without lines secured to wall). 6) Did not reattach or attempt to reattach grounding clamps removed from old galvanized lines. 7) Broke some pex clamps when attempting to mount new pipe to basement ceiling, and did not replace them. Others were only nailed in about 1/8 inch and soon began detaching from ceiling, leading to dangling pex pipes. 8) Re-mounted ancient galvanized main supply line to basement ceiling using pipe strap secured with screw that was only fastened about 1/4 inch into wood--this also started progressively sagging after job was done. 9) Ran out of blue pex so he put in a section of red in the middle of the cold line. 10) Told me he was getting criticized by coworkers for undercharging me, so he started asking me for more money halfway through the job. Routinely messed up math related to pricing and amount paid and had to correct and call me back after the fact. 11) Did not properly connect ~50% of all pex fittings: pipes were not fully inserted onto fittings. 12) Left house at about 9pm with 2 undetected leaks and a basement full of debris that I had to spend 2 hours cleaning. New utility sink covered in dirt, flux, and handprints with plastic tab used for mounting under-sink storage shelf broken. Owner was polite but did not apologize or seem concerned about quality of work performed. He was initially going to dispatch the same technician to fix specific examples of mistakes that I described over the phone, when the whole job needed to be redone. Alternate technician that came to look at job told me he could fix it in less than a half hour. At that point, I knew this company could not remedy the botched job and I began asking for a refund. Owner never inspected work himself. Owner only offered partial refund. I hired a licensed master plumber who redid entire job to much higher standard.

Ran a camera thru pipe... $530.00, I was shocked and would never hire them again. Asked 2x for a price, never got an answer. t was like side tracking the question .ok after camera job i figured $200-300 buck ,comes back at $530.00 for 30-45 minutes of talking and 10-15 feet of camera ,now if i would of been told about the initial price i would of said NO, I ended up doing all the digging ,finding which way the drain pipe ran and cleaning, THANK YOU for GOUGING ME... as I told them, I will take the intial hit, BUT, PLEASE BUYERS BEWARE, DO YOUR DUE DILEGENCE BEFORE HIRING. I AM a good example of being taken to the wood shed.

Had faucet replaced in kitchen and bathtub faucet repaired leak. The plumber that can was very efficient friendly, cleaned up after the jobs were done.

Called on a Thursday for a backed up main line, Tim came out and explained the problem, gave me a great estimate, and the job was set for Saturday morning. Dean and the crew were on time, professional and friendly. Job was completed by noon, and yard was clean! I highly recommend Superior for all your plumbing issues!!!

They showed up promptly and provided an estimate which I accepted, but it was mostly downhill from there. The technician appeared to repair the faucet leak, but after leaving, I tested on my own and determined that the leak was still there albeit to a lesser extent. I called and the dispatcher sent the technician back. He arrived with all new parts, the re-installment was a success, however, upon re-testing, he used an excessive amount of water that backed up into my dishwasher and proceeded to spill onto my kitchen floor and make a considerable mess. While the fee charged was reasonable, I would advise that you get what you pay for. Based on my experience, I would avoid this company in the future.

Called for my mom. Jose was very nice, friendly, and personable. I gave a lower rating in the pricing because it was done as an emergency but was not but it gave my mom a piece of mind. I hope she does not have anymore issues with her toilet!!!

Tim and Steve came out on a Sunday witin 2 hours of my call to replace my sump pump. They quickly installed the quality sump pump at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend and I will be using this company in the future for all my plumbing needs.

He did a good job ..

Addressed our plumbing problems and have what seemed like a fair price to it. We had a broken faucet on the basement set tub and a broken garbage disposal in the kitchen. He went and bought at the plumbers place and give it to us at cost for the garbage disposal. I went and got mine from Home Depot and picked out the design I wanted and he did a great job, Very professional and kept his mask on, he was worried about dirty sneakers and he took them off before coming in the house without asking and he had gloves on the whole time. Very respectful of Social Distancing. He explained everything to us.

They were professional from the start and by far the best value I could find. They were timely with their work and could not have done a better clean up job. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing work. Angel and team were fantastic and I really appreciate all of their work.
