These guys showed up at a moment’s notice for an emergency situation. While it was a *little* more than I would have typically paid with my regular guys, but the service was worth the couple extra bucks. They were good and thorough.

Eli, the plumber who took care of the problem, was very polite and thorough. The problem was solved in less than an hour.

I called today expecting to have to wait at least a couple weeks before the work can be done. However, he called me back in 1/2 hour and asked if today was good. The work was excellent, and meticulously done. He cleaned up everything and it looks and "sounds" great. The previous sump pump sounded like a jet taking off. I am very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

Angel diagnosed the problem as the city main overload on my street by pulling the manhole outside. He said the water needed to flow out before he would do any work or charge me. His upfront honesty was refreshing and I'll be calling back as soon as the city cleans up their act. Highly recommended for plumbing work.

I called Superior Plumbing on a Sunday when our drain backed up in our shower. With three girls, I needed quick service which is exactly what we got. They were very professional from the dispatcher to the gentleman who performed the job. He answered all my questions and explained what he would be doing. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Called on a Saturday morning and they showed up within a hour. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken pipes underground. Could hardley tell were they had dug up the ground when they finished.

Angle was very conscientious and neat. Fixed my drain problem in quickly.

The price was a little high in my opinion but other than that I have no complaints.

Superior Plumbing is SUPERIOR! I called the day after New Year's needing sump pump drain repair because of water seepage in the basement. Dean sent out a technician, Angel, who immediately diagnosed the problem and quoted a very reasonable price (not cheap - reasonable). Angel and Eli came the next day on time and installed new drain tiles in the corner of the basement and snaked out the tiles to the sump pump. They had to break and replace concrete and did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything. They will be my Go-To Plumbers from now on.
