They work on Sunday which was very convenient for us. They took time and check every water leak. So far there is not leaking in the bathrooms. Guarantee work for a year.

Jay was competent and friendly. However, request to Home Advisor to also replace a kitchen faucet apparently did not make it to the plumbing contractor since he did not bring one with him and he was unaware of the entire work order.

I sent them a review. Given that it was a very tight space with a couple of issues that came up (minor to them), they did a very good job.

I almost not hiring this pro since nobody shown up on the appointment date. I then call them back and turned out that the representative I spoke yesterday wasn't scheduled my appointment. Tina, the other representative tried to help me solved this problem and finally, she got Eric and James comes to my house. That not the first impression but at least they responsible for the mistake. Eric and James are very professional and explains to me about what they will do to solve the issue. The price is neither cheapest nor expensive compared to the other competitors but they do offer free estimation for the job while other company required to pay the fee for the estimation and will only waive when you go with them. I hired this pro for replacing the leaking steel pipe. I really impressed with the quality of the job. It's neat and nice. I will definitely hire them again if I need helps from the plumber but just need to make sure that the representative really schedules your appointment!

Responses quickly, reset toilet, replaced hose, and charged was fair. No complaints

Order A Plumber / I say CAUTION PROS: I found them through HomeAdvisor.com, they were one of four companies that responded to my plumbing request through HomeAdvisor. Although they do not charge a fee to visit the job site and give an estimate, I chose them because they were able to schedule my service call the next day. They did arrive within the time window of 2-4 pm and their Company Vehicle was professional looking and the Technician seemed effective. Now my project consisted of hooking up a bathroom vanity sink (Hot / Cold / Sink Drain Pipe & Trap Connection) Home owner supplied all parts. I also wanted to change both of my toilets fill tank refill parts which again, I the home owner supplied. CONS: So when the Technician quoted the prices he quoted a price of ($200.00) for the bathroom vanity sink which I felt was fair and then he clobbered me over the head No Pun Intended at ($125.00) for each toilet totaling $250.00 dollars, so with that I decided to just do the bathroom vanity sink so when I request him to do just that project he increased the price $100.00 to $300.00 because he claimed the quotes he gave me were a package deal. My response was a packaged quote would consisted of one quoted price not two separate prices for two separate jobs. (Now its Friday 3:30 pm 12/21 before Christmas and I have company visiting and staying with me the next day.) I chose to allow myself to be taken advantage of and I paid the full $450.00 plus tax, feeling that it was about a minimum of $150.00+ too much. My decision was based on the fact they were already at my residence, it was the day before my company was arriving and I sustained a shoulder injury which prevented me from doing the job myself. MY ADVICE: Learn from my mistakes, my suggestion to anyone inquiring to use this Plumbing Company or any other company for that matter is read all the reviews and check BBB to help with your decision on who you may choose to hire. Don't quote multiple jobs at one time, have them quote and complete the main job first and only then inquire about the next job. If this is not an emergency also consider getting multiple quotes from other companies and/or using a local Handyman which you can find online as well, they're usually just as good and a lot cheaper for simple plumbing issues and installs.

plumber arrived on time. the problem was the kitchen sink was slower than slow draining. He had to snake the sink and whatever else he had to do. When he was done the sink was draining perfectly.
