The Plumber was fast, efficient, friendly, yet professional.

just needed 4 valves replaced was charged almost $600. 00. when I asked why it cost so much the Plummer stated that he had to turn off the main water and drain the line before he could do the work. I explained the main was already shut off and the line was already drained. Yet the price remained the same. the whole job took less than 20 minutes. He spent more time writing up the estimate than actually doing the job. TOTAL RIP-OFF. I TRUELY FELT VICTIMIZED.

The company contacted me right away after sending an e-mail through HomeAdvisor as one of their referrals. The two men who came by were friendly, professional and let me know right away how much it would cost. The job was done in about a half hour, they showed me what they did how it was working, no leaks and it is working fine now. I would recommend "Order A Plumber".

Alex and Telly were pleasant, professional and knew their job extremely well. I have hired many plumbing companies in the past and "Order a Plumber" was the best and the most dependable. They didn't even try to sell me repairs that I didn't need as other companies do.

We had zero hot water throughout our entire home and Randy came over at 9pm on a Saturday night to help fix our boiler. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We probably would have had to wait until at least Monday morning if he weren t able to come and instead we had hot water that night, highly recommended!

Costly

My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. I was treated with respect and fairness and will hire them again when I redo my bathrooms.
