Both Plumbers were very professional and personable. They explained to me the details of the work to be performed before doing the actual work.

Very nice serviceman, Terry, came. He was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the problem.

Louie, the plumber who came to look at and repair the issue, was very helpful with diagnosing the issue and explaining the different options that could be done. I do appreciate how quickly he was able to handle the problem before it became an emergency.

Diagnosed and fixed a pair of issues. Was a bit pricey for my liking, but the work needed to be done sooner rather than later.

He cost way more than it was worth. If I wasn't going into hospital on Monday morning, I would never hire him. I even told him I have a much bigger job to do, he didn't care about future business he wanted 500.00 for the visit

Prompt same day service!!!! Was called immediately and able to set up appointment. He (think his name is Keith) showed up AFTER his other job was done on a Friday evening ... when most people can't be bothered and callnit *Quits* for rhe weekend. He took his time to explain things, was helpful and did not try to squeeze every last penny. There is a small fee ($39) for the 1st visit, but definitely worth it. It gets credited back when the job is done by them. I dont think it is wrong, given the travel time and duration spent at the home. I received a quote for some other work as well and will have them do those jobs in the future. Highly recommend!!!!
