Order A Plumber called us right away and it was easy to schedule an appointment. Jim was awesome, he came in and took the time to explain everything us. He also came the next day to finish up filling the small hole made in the floor to get to our pipes. He was also courteous about how he worked and once he left, no visitor would be able to tell that someone just made a hole in the floor and fixed our pipe!

The very first phone call to schedule the service was very professional and that is important to me. The repair was done quickly and explained thoroughly.

Jim showed up on time. He was very professional, diligent, knowledgeable, courteous and determined to find out why I was not getting hot water in the showeras well as other issues. The bathroom is small, but it was not a handicap for Jim, I can"t say enough. I will be requesting him for my next project.

The job took longer than expected but he worked very hard to get it done well.
