My 50+ year old kitchen sink shut-off valves were damaged (one was leaking to the point that it left 1/4" of water under the sink before I discovered it at 1am the morning of the service call. They came about an hour after I called. Jen, the operator, told me that they charge $39 per visit, which I think is a bit much considering they are getting business at all, especially via the Home Advisor service. As far as I can tell, they do not offer any discounts (senior, military, etc), and payment is by cash or check only. I was warned of the $39 before the service was approved by phone, which, I presume, I would have been charged if I chose not to have them do it. Mark quoted a price of $349 plus tax (I presume the $39 was included) before the work was started. His work was neat, clean, and functioned properly, after I hooked-up a new faucet, separately, later that day (n.b., I had to tighten the shut-off valve nut, but, since there was nothing connected to the water inlet, there was no way for him to test it without flooding the kitchen!). Mark even gave me a few maintenance tips (I'm a handyman of over 30 years experience and learned something from the youngster!). I've had problems with other plumbers who were not friendly, neat, clean, orderly, etc., and charged too much for the comparatively little work, so, I am very satisified with the results. Mark said that the parts are guaranteed for life, and the labor would be covered if a leak or or break occurs (I didn't ask the extent of that guarantee), but, hopefully, I won't have to find out! I heartily recommend "Order a Plumber," which surprised me with great customer service (both Jen and Mark), speedy in and out service (about an hour's worth of work), quality workmanship, and the price!

Very nice service man. Understood needs and our concerns on price and went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and satisfactory before leaving! He did NOT leave us out in the cold- literally.... Nor'easter was just starting when he left! He made sure we hade working toilets and faucets so we wouldn't be stuck without them during a two day storm. He was great!
