Customer service was great, responded quickly Plumber was on time and very nice. They are extremely expensive. They make you agree to a price before work is done which is based on worst case scenario. My Job turned out to be very simple, replace a shower faucet handle. Removed a collar with special belt wrench, which was the key to the whole job, (but had to borrow allen wrenches from me he didn't have) replaced the cartridge, took all of 10 minutes of actual labor to do whole job, less than $50 dollars in parts and the charge was $329 plus tax. I'm sorry $280 in labor for 20 minutes of work...I feel the bill should have been adjusted.

The plumber called within minutes of my online posting. He came within the time frame he gave us. He completed the work in a timely manner and we were very satisfied with his work.

Found the leaks, repaired them, ran everything to test and found another issue that he took care of.
