I found Order A Plumber very expensive. His quality of work was good. Since I have not my moved in this house yet and my ability to get more estimates is very limited I had to get the job done even at a high price

Fixed drip in sink backward. He came when he said he would be there. Came on time.

Jim came over. Nice guy. No bull about "well this is more than he had expected". He solved the problem, was quick about it, and I felt the charge for the time he was here was reasonable. Like most people who don't have certain skill sets you have to rely on the people you hire to be honest. This company is based on my experience with Jim.

The plumber arrived on time - he assessed the problem - kept us advised of cost - we gave him the go ahead to complete the job and we finally have good water pressure in the shower. Thank you -

What a disaster of a company, terrible customer service, work left unfinished, never came back. They redid the pipes, were supposed to install shower, sink and toilet, both sink and toilet installed and leaking. Terrible beyond words!!! DO NOT HIRE!!!

There was some paint damage in installing the water heater to one of the doors leading to the mechanical room. They had a contractor come to repaint the door. They were very reliable and kept to their word. I would highly recommend them.

I hired them to install a kitchen faucet that I bought in home depot. Frank was great as a plumber, but he charged me $350 to install a faucet that cost $150 and took only 10 minutes to do the work.

Very pleased that the plumber concentrated on fixing the problem and did not try to sell me on parts that I did not need.
