Turned out my hot water problem was simply the faucet controls being installed backwards causing me to turn on the cold when I thought I was turning on the hot. I was just charged a very reasonable $39 fee for the service call, which would have been applied if any work was actually needed. I would definitely use this company again.

the first plumber didnot diagnose the problem,instead sold me a new toilet bowl which was needed.He said main line is ok .the second plumber was very good,he changed the bowl and finds out that it was the mainline and the septic tank was full. I overpaid for 3 days of service and and a new bowl,when the problem should have been diagnosed in no time that septic tank was full

Jim, my plumber was very courteous, knowledgeable and completed his work in a timely fashion. Jim also made recommendations on a few potential future plumbing projects per my request. I had a kitchen faucet installed and had him check the plumbing under the sink which was leaking. The tech knew what he was doing and made sure that I was satisfied. A small leak occurred and he came back as soon as possible the next day to correct it. All very cordial.

Marc, the plumber, was excellent, but the price was very high, much higher than I was expecting.

Frank was very professional and cleaned up well.
