When I told him I had other companies coming for estimates he left me with a written estimate and thanked me for opportunity to do work. After receiving other estimates I called Order a Plumber to do the job. Joe came on time and did the work in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to call Order a Plumber for future work and would always request Joe to do the job.

Hired those guys to replace the water main valve. Took them literally 15 minutes to finish everything, fast and good

The plumber arrived on time, was very polite. The problem was he had NO clue how to put the Moen handle back on the faucet. This was the reason I called.Plumber then told me he would need to remove the other handle to see how to put back. Removing the handle involved no tools, no screws it just lifts off. I was told there would be 199.00 charge. After I caught my breath, I asked plumber to leave. I paid the 40.00 service charge. Handle is still off.

Called at 9am, work was complete by 1pm, same day. It was a bit pricey but with plumbing when isn't that the case. Needed some additional work beyond the original scope and they knocked the price down from the original quote due to doing it all at once. Will definitely use again.

Had a reoccurring issue and resulted in main drain clog. Guy was knowledgeable and experienced. Very nice and fixed very reasonably. Not an overpriced co at all as far as plumbers go.
