Michael did a great job and went over a lot of things with me. I would have given 5 stars, but for two things: Price seemed high, and he didn't follow up about remaining issues.

The Plumer, Jim C. was very efficient. He troubleshooted my issue of leaks . Jim repaired and cleaned the work area. Deana, the Customer Service Representitive was very profressonal and curtious. I deeply appreciated the concern and repair the same day. Will always ask for Jim C. and Deana, Order a Plumber .....My sincere thanks to This Company and Home Advisor.

Great work, price, cleanup. Would absolutely hire again for future jobs if needed.

Started with a free estimate and diagnosed that we needed a new hot water heater. Explained why in terms we understood. Ordered new unit and made a timely appointment for installation. Pros arrived within time frame quoted for installation, was respectful and careful of our home. Removed old unit carefully and installed new unit. Yes, there was a little water leakage but that dried within a few hours. All packaging of new unit and old unit taken away, so nothing at our curb for trash collection. I would use this pro again and recommend to others.

Job well done at a fair price.

Seemed to do a good job at putting a valve on a sprinkler pipe that is located inside but made the lever so that it turns into a wall that wasn't finished yet. I can't insulate and sheetrock the wall with the lever turning into it.

Charged $357.00 to replace an outside spigot which took the technician 15 minutes to replace. I thought it was a major job for that much money. Nope. 15 minutes. Too expensive for the future.
