We had a clog in our house, where our washer was backing up into our tub and toilet, the Sunday before Christmas. I put in a request for an estimate on Home Advisor. Within 5 minutes, Order a Plumber called me,around 830am on Sunday morning. They advised someone would be here between 2-4. Eric and his assistant James appeared at 2pm. They diagnosed the problem as a cesspool pumping issue. They did not charge us for the diagnosis! They referred us to Rick Caiden who came 3 hours later to pump our cesspools, and snaked out a blockage in the main line. I want to say thank you so much to both businesses, for being fair, honest,punctual and professional. I will absolutely use both again. An absolutely wonderful experience at a time of the year where we really needed it!

Appeared stumped by shower tower leak.

They helped me out on short notice in an emergency situation and that was great.

The plumber was gruff and seemed annoyed to have been bothered. His work did not fix the problems, and his charges for the work performed were, according to other plumbers I've consulted, exceptionally out of line. Other plumbers with this firm may be fine. I don't recall the gentleman's name, but he was anything but impressive.

Hired him to fix the leak, he took the faucet out and he left. Paid him, he said will come back but will cost me more money. Not sure what i paid for.

They were on time for all appointments.

Came promptly to repair under kitchen sink leak. Repaired competently. Andother leak occurred at another pipe under same sink and they repaired better than first time

The plumbers were prompt, pleasant, and took care of the issues I had. I have no complaints, would use them again & recommend them to others

Had an emergency and they came water filter leaking Two days later it was leaking again they came to fix it again Then it was leaking again called someone else to fix it right

Michael D not only made the repair to the toilet, he checked to ensure that problem did not affect other areas below.

Installed a new toilet and replaced faucet in sink. The plumber was professional, respectful, answered my questions and did the job in an expedient fashion. I am extremely pleased!
