Absolutely great. We spoke and made arrangements for him to get a table that needed to be refinished; he was there on the appointed day, we knew exactly how much he wanted as a deposit and how much upon completion of the job; he was very clear about how llong it would take, and returned it promptly on the date he'd given us. And the table looks TERRIFIC.
