Steve was outstanding to work with. After a major storm where he was getting a lot of calls, he responded and inspected within a few hours. I had multiple leaks on a flat roof and pitched roof. He diagnosed the problem, proposed a solution at a fair price, and then completed the work within 48 hours of the initial assessment. Overall outstanding experience and I would highly recommend.

They arrived on time and they were professional. I appreciated the fact that they were willing to negotiate the price for the service received. I will work with them again.

The contractor did not provide a complete roof inspection report or estimate that I paid for even after four weeks of asking him to do so. He tried to convince me to let him do the work without providing a written estimate.
