Steve Costello is wonderful! He actually calls when he says he will and he keeps promises. Communication is super important to me and I couldn't have asked for more. Steve and his guys repaired my Mom's roof. He gave me a great price and they did a spectacular job. I've worked with many contractors over the years and I've never felt so comfortable. What a pleasure! Don't look any further. Smart Renovation has it all.

We sold our house and inspector raised 2 issues. First estimate, NOT through HomeAdvisor said repairs $3,000. Seconf, from HA, said $1,000. Steven came last and confirmed what we already knew: NOTHING wrong with our roof. IF YOU WANT AN HONEST PERSON, call STEVE!!!!
