John came the day after I called. He checked the dishwasher and couldn't find a leak although he did find a lot of soap build up in the dishwasher which may have caused the leak. He advised me about checking the water which should be clear at the end of the cycle. He also looked at the hookup and suggested I get a new aerator adaptor (it was spritzing water). He didn't have one but instructed me how to get one. For all his work, he only charged me $50. Thanks, John, it was a pleasure dealing with you.

The service person was fine. My refrigerator had stopped working in the freezer. He informed me that because it was in a garage it needed a warmer unit installed. I did not like that but understood so I arranged to have him order one and install it the following week. When he came back he found it did not fit. He checked for me and I checked. He later called and said there was no unit for this refrigerator. I found out that the reason there was no unit was that the refrigerator already had pone installed. It was supposed to work to 34 degrees. My garage had not gone below 34 for more than an hour or so as it was attached and insulated. I asked LOWES to live up to their warranty but they refused. I will not call this company again as I feel they should have corrected the problem.

Punctual, knew what he was doing and saved the cost of a new water pump.

Service was exceptional. Service provider was able to arrive same day. Technician cleared the nipple at the end of the drain and several hours later the ice had melted and the freezer was ready for use again.

Was very gruff in person with my wife. Cursed while he was at our home, replaced a part, but broke the handle of the dishwasher and denied doing so.

Overall, I have no complaints. The problem was resolved to my satisfaction.

None of these items was urgent, and except for the oven they had been a problem for some time. (1) He pulled out the oven and found that the neutral wire was loose. He fixed it and replaced oven. (2) He discovered that insulation rubbed against the dishwasher's spring and caused the spring to break (after making lots of noise for months). He removed the offending insulation and replaced the spring, making sure that there no longer was a noise signifying a continuing issue. (3) He cleaned out the dryer vent (!) and told me that the low heat setting should now work (turns off if too hot, as a safety measure), and he replaced an inexpensive pulley that was below-par in the original dryer and making lots of noise. It has been two weeks, and I continue to enjoy all three appliances. I especially appreciate that he FIXED them, and did not try to sell me expensive new parts that were not needed!

I liked that National Appliance Service was reasonable and quick. They fixed the part in 20 minutes. I appreciated that he did not charge me for a full hour of work.

National Appliance Service came right out and fixed my dryer in a hurry. The person was professional and courteous and did a quality job but I thought the price was too much for the amount of time he spent. Otherwise I would recommend his work.
