They said they would check our warranty and said it was not covered, we were fine with that, so they said they would call to schedule a pick up. We never heard back for 2 weeks. Finally we called and they forgot about us, and said they would call again to book, never heard back again and called, finally booked an appointment, we asked if they could call when on way to pick up, they said they could not...just be there. So we waited till 20 minutes after they said...even though said we were first appointment of day and we waited 2 hours, and they did not arrive, we had to leave. Then they said they got there and were mad we were not there. We called another company and they came the next week to help us. A month has passed and Icicle just called us again to see if we still wanted them to fix it. Said sorry too late. It seems its a family business the person answering the phone has children crying sometimes distracting them and forgets to tell the people we need the work done. They charge 100 for coming over to even look at it that day. But they did not even see it.
