Not good. Never heard from them again after coming to evaluate the job and said they'd get me a quote.

Aire's servicemen have always been professional and courteous. Our problem came with the AC the first year after having it installed. The first time we turned it on for the first three years, it didn't work! The fourth year, same thing and I had had it. I wanted a new unit. They came with the owner of the company and the rep from the manufacturer of the unit itself. This time the unit was finally fixed although I admit I cross my fingers each time I turn it on for the first time in the season. Our furnace as fine until last year. A service man came out, looked it over, recommended the fix that would cost about $2000. He did not have the parts and scheduled a different time. On the schedule date a different repair man came and looked at our problem, read the notes the first repairman left and didn't understand why he made the decisions he did. He insited we do something else and again, couldn't do it at that visit, we needed another one. One of the visits - no one showed up and I had it, again. I called the company, and politely but forcefully told them I had had it and someone better be here first thing the next morning or I would be joining Angie's List and leaving my story there and hiring another company. My biggest concern is that the repair that we needed should have been part of our original install. Plus our repairmen didn't seem to be on the same page in terms of training. I received immediate service after my call and one of the supervisors came to do the work himself. I reiterated my concerns about their people being on the same page, and the need for follow-through with their sale and product recommendations. They listened to my concerns politely and apologized for our inconvenience. Everything went well and I will give them one more chance - which, hopefully now, I will not need. I'm not a foot stomper or a high maintenance customer. It was difficult for me to stand my ground and express my concerns, but I'm glad I did.

They come out very promptly. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They do a real nice job. They have kept our older furnace going. The guy that came last year tried to sell me a new furnace, but I declined. I haven?t had anyone else from that company try to sell me a new furnace.

Everything went well. They have a great service. They are very helpful and professional.

Existing furnace went kaput. Received a few estimates. Arrived promptly. Installed professionally.

We have used them in the past and have not had any problems. They are responsive when we are in a crisis situation and they answer all of our questions. I would recommend them because their prices are reasonable and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. They do a great job.

We have used Aire Heating Service for years. Even though the price is a little high they do great work and have a very friendly and polite staff.

The installation went fine but then a few months later a plastic part broke on my A/C unit and Aire Heating Service accused my young grandchildren of breaking it. This is not true; I do not allow the kids in the basement. It was under warranty but they charged me for a service call. I am very disappointed.
