Description of Work: They assisted us in choosing a replacement window for our kitchen. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also recommended a person to measure for and install the window.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with Dan to measure for new kitchen cabinets and countertops. After I waited for two weeks he canceled on me a short time before the appointment. I rescheduled and he was a little late but showed up. I explained in detail the two options I was considering for my kitchen. A few weeks later I got a email with the two designs. They seemed nice though he didn't listen to me on several things. I asked for and he promised to include the cost with and without labor but never did include that. I had to contact him for that. He emailed me back with a quote, without labor, that was way higher than the budget I discusses and I feel very overpriced. I will not be using Jilco.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH JILCO'S SELECTION AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND USE JILCO IN THE FUTURE. WE WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASED WITH THE SALESPERSON'S KNOWLEDGE.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED A NEW DOOR AND WE ORDERED OUR DOOR FROM JILCO. WE WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE DOOR OURSELVES, WE JUST NEEDED TO FIND A DOOR.
