We were scheduled on Sunday afternoon. Before the visit, Jones lady called to reschedule it due to overbooking. My husband persuaded her that our project would only take 20-30min. So Kyle came around 4:30 PM. He went over the system and answered our questions with much patience. He did not rush the appointment at all although it was late for him. He is knowledgeable and professional. We were very impressed!

We have them year round, heating and AC. Very satisfied.
