They cleaned up all the branches that had fallen prior, including the branches I had at the curb. Came when they said they were coming and completed the job (2 trees) in less then 2 hours. Would hire them again.

Santos and his entire crew are extraordinary!!! There arrived early and were extremely efficient. They removed a massive tree from my backyard with such skill and precision like I have never seen before. This was not an easy project because the power lines, telephone lines and cable lines ran between the split in the tree. The crew was so skilled that this did not present a problem. The entire crew, and of course Santos, were a pleasure to deal with. They did such a good job cleaning my entire backyard, driveway, and street before leaving that you would not even know they were here. Also, the price was so reasonable compared to other companies. I would recommend Cross Island Tree Service in a heartbeat. Thank you Santos and your crew!!!!!!!!

Excellent company! We called three tree service companies for an estimate to remove a big oak tree. Santos came when he said he was coming and gave us a great price. He came three days later with a full crew and removed the tree, ground the stump and cleaned everything up! We would highly recommend them for your tree work!

Great experience! I called to have a tree removed that fell in my yard after a storm - they removed the tree, the stump and fixed my damaged fence all in a few hours. It seemed expensive to me but when I shared the price with others for all of this work they thought that it was very reasonable. Santos is extremely professional, helpful, and quick to respond. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again for some other tree work!

Great, communication was difficult @ first & thought the work was a tad more expensive than it should have been BUT, they did come the next day so I chose to overlook it

I called Santos on Sunday to inform him I selected him, and he said they could remove the large birch tree (right next to my house) Monday. He and his crew arrived on time and finished the job (removing the tree and grinding the stump) including cleanup in about an hour and a half. They even cleaned my neighbor's yard as well as my roof and gutters. Price was very fair. Property clean as a whistle. Very professional, efficient and clean. I recommend them highly.

Top-notch service...Prompt and efficient...good clean up of debris...Santos is a pleasure to work with...knows his stuff...fair prices...have used him on two separate occasions to remove tree and prune branches overhanging roof. No problems. Highly recommended.

Looked for tree removal service Thursday morning. They contacted me in 5 minutes and made an appointment for quote at 2PM. Santos arrived promptly, looked at job to be done, (2 trees, small and large) quoted and said he could do job Friday morning. 2nd appointment did not show up, 3rd appointment came and quoted. Cross Island had best quote and made me feel secure that he could do e job safely. 2 trees were by pool equipment and pool piping was exposed and could be easily damaged. 7:45 AM they showed up and they were done with job, including cleanup of my yard and neighbors yard, by 9. Couldn't be happier with this job. Trees gone, yard is clean and pool equipment safe. A+ job!

I hired Cross Island to remove 1 massive tree, 4 large trees and 2 smaller trees. They showed up on time and removed my trees without damaging my property, even though the space was tight in some areas. They also cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I needed a few large trees removed after a bad storm. Reached out to Cross Island Tree Service (via Home Advisor). They responded almost immediately and were at my house the following morning to look at the job. The price was very reasonable and the work performed was extremely quick and neat. My trees were gone (including stumps and roots) by the very next day in less than one hour. They were so impressive that it drew several of my neighbors out to ask for their business cards. I would absolutely call on them again without hesitation.
