I submitted an emergency pipe replacement job on a Sunday morning at about 5am and Joe called me around 6. I texted him photos, he quoted me a price, and showed up 2 hours later. Then he took care of a larger, non-emergency job a few days later. Stayed until the job was done, did it for a fair price, and excellent communication throughout the job. I've found myself a new plumber

Never hire JOE. He was called to replace a water heater. He tells me at my house that he ONLY accepts cash. He leaves and does not even know how to connect a circulator wire. That whole night we did not have hot water and the next day, he does not even want to follow up to get the job done. He agreed to remove my old water heater, but did not do it and charged me an extra $100 for it. He was dishonest and would never call him again. He also gave a 1 yr warranty, but I do not think it is good for anything. Consumer beware!

I had an immediate need for the repair or replacement of a pipe in my bathroom. Joe from Simple Event responded almost immediately to my request on Home Advisor. He came on the next day, which was a Sunday, to give me the rundown on what he expected to do, explaining that once he opened the wall there were a few possibilities. He returned on Monday and worked so hard for many hours. He did a great job prepping the room to protect it. At various times he called me in to show me what he found and explain what he was going to do. He worked with me to find the best solution to my concerns...when you realize that your tiles and wall are going to have to be cut open, it s a bit nerve racking. Joe made it work.
