When buying a house that is 100 hundred years old, you anticipate those upgrades that can make you panic. Steve and his team responded quickly to our need of a new water heater. After asking key questions that only professionals can ask, he came up with an action plan to quickly remedy the exchange. He alo took the time to mention an upgrade that made perfect sense. I appreciated and agreed. He and his team showed up in a timely manner performed the removal of the old and replacement with the new, and all within less time than anticipated. Steve Dardac from Dacstar Inc was fantastic. He took out the 30 year old water heater as it was dying. He then bought and installed a 40 gallon Rheem gas water heater. He checked that the new water heater was working so much better than the old one. He then hauled away our old gas water heater. Mr. Dardac is an excellent plumber and we would use his services whenever we need to.

If it were possible to give them more than 5 stars, I would. Extremely fast response time. Sent a request in the morning and had my water heater installed by early evening. Great communication. Even tweaked my backyard gate doors. Steven is very professional, ethical and fairly priced. Will definitely use in the future and highly recommend.

I have finally found my plumber guy. After banging my head against the wall for two months trying to figure out how to time the uninstallation, delivery, and installation of a new washer/dryer combo, Steve was absolutely the breath of fresh air I needed. Not only was he the most sensible quote of the 5 vendors I polled, he also asked the most in depth questions: confirming I got the right type of appliance (gas), had all the cables, linked me to what I needed to buy, confirmed measurements, etc. That's how I knew he really card about the quality of work and not just securing the work and charging me whatever. He was super flexible waiting for Costco to confirm the delivery they delayed for a month, himself coming just 2 hours after they delivered, and made sure I was up and running less than 24 hours after I first met him. I have finished three loads of laundry and counting today—I can't wait to have him come back to help my install a bidet as well as take a look at my heat.
