Iâ ve used many different contractors for various types of work and I can say without a doubt that Steven and his team are the best. I had a plumbing emergency happen late at night and needed help quickly. Steven came to my house in less than an hour even though we were in the middle of a terrible storm with torrential downpour. My old water heater was leaking, I got in contact with Mr. Dacstar he arrived at my house same day and within an hour of his arrival I had a new water heater and the old one was gone. Also got advice on how to maintain the new water heater. Excellent service.

Excellent service on Sunday.Steve was on time, explained me the cost of the service and he was punctual. Cost was reasonable.Steve helped me to get the warranty credit from Home Depot, I really appreciated his help. My water heater was replaced and new water heater installed by him, up and running. After long time, we found very reliable Plummer with hands on experience. Several technicians are not good with time and responses. One time, I sent a text around 10pm in the night. Steve responded within seconds and arrived home in the morning as scheduled. Work is very well done and charged very reasonable price for water heater installation and boiler repair. It is difficult to trust the reviews sometimes. But I read his reviews and all true and accurate.
