Dacstar is customer oriented with efficiency that I havenâ t seen in decades. Same day service is absolutely remarkable..This is my second time using Dacstar and the thoroughness of his work is just outstanding. I was on such a time constraint on my first call to them ( had a boiler break and needed to be replaced before I left on a European trip that night. ) Steve and his team replaced it in record time . 32 mins. Additionally, on this service call, ( heater kicked back water into the apt when it was turned on)Steve was teaching me how to maintain the heaters and boilers to prevent any future surprises is priceless. Providing me with hoses for each property. Mega exemplary work!

I cannot say sufficient praise!!! Too often one engages the services of providers and find them wanting. This cannot be said of this provider. The service was efficiently performed and, equally as important, to a superior standard. Aside from the efficiency of the job at hand, it was his attention to detail which went beyond the scope of the purpose of the call out. He took the time to advise on matters outside the narrow scope of the job which had an impact on the functioning of equipment repaired and things tied to the equipment. I rate the service EXCEPTIONAL.

Steve was the first to respond to my work request. He and his team gave me some options on a quality water heater. He also quoted me that he and his team could get the job done same day. When they arrived they were able to swap out the tank and remove the old tank pretty quickly. Steve took the time to give me some details on the new water heater as well as advice on maintaining it. I have replaced two water heaters myself, so I know what goes into the job. Often the toughest part is carrying the old tank up out of a basement and hauling it away. Steve guys handled it well. What started out as a problem in the morning was solved by Steve and his team by late afternoon. I would highly recommend Dacstar. In fact, I kept his card for whenever the next plumbing issue should arise.

Steve was extremely professional and fast to both answer my request and fulfill it. Steve stayed in constant communication and even waited for me while I stepped out before coming back home for the install of two wall ACâ s. The work Steve performed was more than we both expected because of the previous bad job done from the previous owner that needed to be taken out first, but he did not charge extra for it. After the work was completed Steve helped with cleanup and vacuumed pretty much the whole place. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with DACSTAR Inc. My old water heater started to leak and I needed to replace it soon. Mr. Steve gave me advise on my best options, he gave me a reasonable price and installed a new water tank right away. Great communication skills and excellent workmanship. Replaced 2 water heaters. Installation went well. Steve of Dacstar is knowledgeable and courteous. As others have said, Steve prides himself on being honest and making sure the customer gets the most value for their money; He took extra time to instruct on proper maintenance of the water heaters to ensure proper function and longevity. I couldn't have asked for a more suitable plumber for my situation.
