Our professional services include the design and evaluation of structural building elements of structural steel, timber, masonry, concrete, foundations, decks, alterations, additions, water infiltration, roofing, facades, retaining walls, and other building elements and problems. We provide preparation of design drawings and Building Department application filings and Special Inspections in all NYC, and outer boroughs, for various types of work. He assured me he could specify what I asked and he demanded a $500 fee to come look at the site. Then he submitted a really expensive proposal to specify what I needed and told me he probably wouldn't spec what I wanted anyway.

Anthony was very knowledgeable and thorough. Although it may seem you are paying a lot, you are paying for years of expertise and the integrity of a structure. I feel confident in my possible purchase with his info. He was really personable and curious about the property. I highly recommend. He was running 15 minutes late and his assistant called way ahead of time to let me know.
