Glen- co-owner, initially promised the moon. With a number of cancellations, the roof was installed. They indicated that they had to return to install flashings, repair living room ceiling and remove debris. After several weeks and water entering my 95 year old father's ceiling, I called Glen to inform him that there continues to be a leak from the roof. I was told because they did not install the flashings yet. A few days later, Glen, Gary and Austin returned and installed the flashing around the chimney. They said that we should no longer have water issues. We were promised another person will come Friday and begin the drywall on the ceiling. No show and no call until I contacted Glen again and informed him that no one came. A week later, Glen and Suede came to begin the reconstruction of the ceiling. Suede began the process but was not experienced in completing the reparation. We were told that Luke was to return soon. ( he was recovering from an injured back) We have had another rainfall and water began leaking in the ceiling. The ceiling is still not completed and now we have contacted Glen 10 times and he is not returning our calls, messages or texts. We are looking at hiring an attorney because they have not honored the contract, completely.
