Description of Work: Outrageously expensive. I'm talking about 3x more expensive than average and at least 2x more expensive than the next expensive company. I get that they provide you with life time warranty (both labor and parts), but they're not the only ones who does that. I guess they need that money to cover the salaries of the kids they send knocking on doors.

Description of Work: They Installed 5 Windows . They were very professional . Stayed all day and cleaned up like they were never there. I would highly recommend them. The Quality is there but alittle pricy . I guess you get what you pay for .

Description of Work: I had a prolonged and unfortunate experience with Renewal by Anderson. We first signed a contract with them in June 2015. They were unable to complete the project until February 2016 after countless delays. Every individual I spoke to was very polite and professional but they were incapable of communicating effectively with one another to get the job done correctly. That includes the window they "comped" me to make up for the innumerable delays I experienced on the initial job. It's too bad as I have several other windows I would have considered replacing with them had they been capable of doing that one window correctly. I also emailed them a detailed account of my experience (including multiple days I arranged to be home which were than cancelled). I had hoped that someone would provide me with feedback as to how they would be improving their service going forward but my email was not acknowledged. I also asked to speak with the owner on numerous occasions but never heard from him. I wasn't going to write a review but I was so dissatisfied with my experience, I hope that I can save someone else from going through this in the future.

Description of Work: They did a great job in replacing several windows. This is the second time I have used them. Quality and clean up were first rate. No surprises, which was great. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They install a large bay window. The workers were very prompt and professional. they took care to clean everything up and a supervisor also stopped by to inspect the work. Everything went very smoothly.

Description of Work: Replaced large bay window and kitchen window. Rep and installers were very helpful. Installers replaced the window in the time allotted and kept the work areas clean. Only complaint is the pricing but you just can't beat Anderson windows.

The only downside is the price. I could have gotten the work done much cheaper. But I wanted a quality product and stress free, professional service. They delivered on all their promises.

Description of Work: The sale rep we had come to our home, was great. We actually felt bad for 24 hours until we received another estimate. The products they were offering, were offered from 2 other window places we received estimates for. They start with writing down what my windows should cost - $25,000 - INSANE. Then they gave the speech about bringing it down to $18,000 by offering this discount and that when we didn't bite. Then after almost 2 hours, the price came down to $16,000 if we left a pressured deposit that night. We needed 4 double hung windows - 1 double slider window and a bay window - not a house full of windows. I went with Window World out in Farmingdale where not only did I get all the windows I wanted, but also got them in the color I wanted AND replaced the storm door on my front door as well as did recapping of my patio sliding doors, my side door and 2 other windows to match the color of the new windows - ALL for $9,000. And we kept getting calls from Renewal by Anderson from a manager asking us to call so they could work on better price for us. Instead of all the shenanigans - Renewal by Anderson should just offer you a competitive price right up front.

Description of Work: Installed bay window with perfection. Workers were prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: They employ very high powered sales men,who intimidate you in buying . Buy one get second one half price did not mean any thing since they only gave complete contract price.I was not even showed sample of windows selected, and when they were done,whole house became dark due to,too big frame and less glass on the window to allow sun light coming inside the house.Installer was very rude and did totally unprofessional job.Broke my porcelein floor tile by dropping saw on the floor.I have to live with this after spending lot of hard earned money.I know nothing can be done,these are big,powerful businesses, only I can give my experience,One should not go for only Big names like Anderson.Only plus point is that,After work is done they respond to service call promptly and customer service is good.

Description of Work: They replaced a sliding glass door, and retrimmed the opening inside and out. Everything was good. I wish they would have filled the nail holes and caulked inside. Ring's End does great work.
