I called Jensen Plumbing because our furnace was not working. They called me back and came right away to figure out the problem. It turned out to be a problem with a furnace value and thermo coupler. They serviced the boiler to get it working, so we had heat again. I was very happy with their work, as I have been when they have come in the past, very professional and quick to respond to plumbing problems as well.

They are reliable. They are in the area and I just have a lot of faith in them, because I've had them in the house before they did the work. They show up when they are supposed to. They are just very reliable. And if there is ever a problem with the work, they will come back in and adjust it.

I've used Jensen several times, and have always been extremely pleased. They respond quickly, and are very competent and professional. Once they fixed a toilet that was leaking from the base. Another time they stopped a leak in my bathroom faucet (which was not a modern standard faucet so they had to go to a plumbing parts store and go through a box of parts there to find parts which would work).

I was pleased about their services. They were here for about 15 minutes job so I think it was a little pricey.

They answer the phone or if they're not there, they call back and come out quickly. They're reasonably priced and they're everything you could want a plumber to be.

These guys are wonderful. Lots of contractors have done work for me, and this is the only company of any kind that I can recommend without any sort of reservation.

He answered the call in a timely way and he responded positively to doing the work. He was very busy, but he did it all in a timely way and we were satisfied with the work. He is kind of expensive, and we were a little surprised at how much it cost. He charged us almost $1000 and it took them like an hour and a half to do.

After failing to snake and unclog it myself, I called this plumber after looking it up here on Angie's list. Called late afternoon for an appt the next morning. The plumber arrived on time, had the neccessary equipment (electrical snake, drain vavcuum, etc) and removed a nasty clog / hairball from deep inside the drain. At $135 probably not the cheapest, but sure worth the money.

I called on Monday morning and left a message on Jensen's answering machine and received a call back within the hour. Mike was courteous, responsive and professional. He was able to come to our home that afternoon (on our schedule)and unclogged the toilet almost immediatley. The whole job took about 20 minutes and he cleaned up!. Would definetly use his services again.

He returned my phone call promptly, scheduled an appointment for only a few days away (he would have come on an emergency basis if necessary, but it wasn't an emergency), showed up exactly on time, and did the job in an extremely knowledgeable and professional way. Plus, he was a really nice guy! I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

They came over, listened for the leak and gave me some suggestions. I had to move a cabinet before they could do the work. The day it was moved I called to let them know and they came right over. They were friendly, nice and answered all my questions. They also did a good job. They didn't gave me a range for my estimate and the final price was less than other estimates I received. I think they were more fair about pricing because they waited to see how much time it would take.

I thought the pricing was a little high, I would probably use them again. They were pleasant enough and professional.

After the problem was defined, the first info he requested was model and serial number so he could check the warranty. I would guess most wouldn't take the trouble. He showed up on time (within hours), replacement completed very quickly and cleanly. Price seemed reasonable.

Mark Jensen returned my call the following day, was available in a few days, and arrived when he said he would. He performed the work quickly and left my bathroom clean. The problem was taken care of with a minimum of fuss and I was very pleased.

My sprinkler system was not turned off and some pipes burst over the winter. My husband was out of town and it was a Saturday. He called within 1/2 hour; came in 10 minutes and found my shut off valve. DID NOT CHARGE ME and gave me a referral for a sprinkler guy. Nice, courteous and upstanding! I now have a plumber I can trust.
