I called Thursday afternoon, and was given a Friday morning appointment. The repairman arrived on time, did the work, and left a clean job. He was helpful in explaining some things about the furnace. We were not already customers, but they saw us right away.

They are wonderful!! I have used them in the past and they are always honest, timley and knowledgeable. Doug is one of the technicians we have used and he does a very through job and explains everything he is doing and why. I cannot say enough good this about this company.

Went very well. Found bad wire leading to thermostsat and replaced with new wire-no charge. Installed programmable thermostat that I bought and showed me how to set it up!!

I got several estimates for replacing our furnace when it died on the coldest day of the year. Skurpski actually came in at the lowest price and I really liked working with them through obtaining the estimate so it was a win win situation for me. I called Skurpski the day that the furnace died and they showed up the say day. It took them most of the day to put in the furnace but it was a lot of work and had to be vented outside. We only ran into one problem which we noticed that following Summer. After the furnace was installed, a wire to the air conditioning was not put in place so that Summer our AC wouldn't work. We thought that our AC had died so we called a waranty group because we had a waranty on the house and figured they would replace it if it died. We paid $75.00 for the service call and they told us it was just a loose wire due to the furnace install. We immediately called Skurpski and they felt terrible. They reimbursed us the $75.00 immediately and came out in the fall to clean/service the new furnace for free. People make mistakes but the point is that they rectified it immediately and appologized. That goes a long way and we will continue to do business with Skurpski.

Skurpski Air Conditioning Corp are very good. There was an issue with the furnace, it wasn't turning on. They just had to replace a minor part. I would use them again.

They were wonderful. They have come back to service the system over the years. I really loved when we were concerned about our ac unit, they assured us we did not need a new unit.

Services performed on the 5th and 7th of January. Spent most of the 5th trying to diagnose problem, spent several hours and did not divulge potential cost. Offered a "free" estimate, but on final bill charged for the hourly flat rate for time spent on first day. Also did not have the proper tool to bleed the system on the 5th. Technician could not return until the 7th because of unavailability on the 6th. Finally determined zone valve needed to be replaced and in the process determined pressure reducing valve required replacement as well, bled and refilled system. Could not properly test the system notating on invoice," may need to be purged in future" I was not present to review the invoice, so my wife wrote a check paying in full. Skurpski called for a follow up and I did not want them to come back again. After I read invoice and researched part prices wrote a letter to Skurpski notating the extreme markup on parts and charge for "work performed" on the initial visit. They replied with a $15.00 credit on bill. Furnace is still not working properly and gas bill has gone sky high.

Called for an appointment when our heating wouldn't work. Scheduled for the next day at 8:30 am. Was surprised I got a slot so soon, knowing how busy they must be at this time of year. Jeff appeared at 8:35 am next day. Diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Figured a price, went back to shop to pick up a new unit, was back in 45 minutes, had the job done in another 35 minutes. Quick, efficient, fairly friendly.

Skurpski's gave a reasonable price for the work done. The estimator showed up on-time, the work was completed on-time and on budget. Workmanship was good, follow up by management was excellent. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, very easy to work with. Overall, I was very pleased with the service. Would gladly recommend them and hire the company again.

Skurpski Heat and Air is a very knowledgeable and professional company. They are very honest and I feel comfortable dealing with them. The price was a little high but the quality makes it worth it.
