Hired Amherst roof to redo my 20+-year-old roof. The roof installation was quick, took about 2 days however now 4 months later I am still dealing with leaks, Patricia in customer service continues to give me excuses and tell me they will send someone out but nobody has come and the water keeps coming. I would run as quickly as possible from this company.

My awesome experience began when I met Alex Sr. regarding a repair. Unfortunately I'd already given the job to another roofer because it needed the repair done immediately. When Alex came to the door, I told him right away I was sorry, but I had already hired someone, but we chatted anyway for quite some time. I knew then when the replacement became needed I'd be calling NBS. When it was time for the roof replacement, Alex Jr. came to go over the options, explain the excellent quality of their shingles, and their price was half that of another well known roofing company who has only construction grade shingles.Well if all that didn't impress me enough, when I met the crew and watched them work it was amazing. Each and every one was a perfect gentleman, friendly, and outgoing. They worked well together and I could tell they really enjoyed their craft. There was no loud music, no yelling, and certainly only gentlemanly language between them. Anytime I walked outside Paul would come down and greet me and give me an update on anything from their progress to the weather. My biggest concerns were my gardens and my koi pond. I'm happy to say all went well with both of them. I wish I could hire them for all my needs! I already have my next construction project in mind and I'll be calling NBS!! Thank you to each and everyone especially Alex Sr., Paul, Alex Jr., Patricia, Chris, Steve, and Nick. You're the best!

The office was very good about contacting me quickly and working to understand my issue and get it scheduled right away. The workers showed up at the scheduled time and worked quickly. I would use them again and recommend them!

40 Sq roof with many peak & valleys. Found them on Home Advisor. They took their time with me during the estimate process & were very particular with their quality of work (installation) . (I have used MANY roofers before). Specific with their approach & detailed drip edges, flashing, starter strips, ridge vent types, sent video on their product - these guys are buttoned up! Small issue in @ about 6 months & came out IMMEDIATELY to see & address circumstantial (rare) problem. They stand by their work & cause 0 damages during the process. Clean-up 99.9 % accurate.

NBS is an awesome company to work with, and we highly, highly recommend them!! We hired them to do a full tear off of our roof, and we are so very glad we did!! Alex came to give us an estimate, and talk with us about the job. He came when he said he would, he was extremely knowledgeable about his products, as well as exactly what needed to be done. He and his brother Paul are very friendly, and very respectful! In fact, their entire staff is friendly, and respectful as well! We couldn't be happier with our roof as it looks amazing!! They also took great care in protecting our landscaping and house. They cleaned up so well, you would never have known they were here if it weren't for our beautiful new roof!! Their price was extremely fair, and we would absolutely choose them again!! Give them a call!!

The work they did was pretty good and they were initially prompt. They offered a nice workmanship guarantee, however, they appear to be too busy to honor it. They have been promising to come out and repair a problem now for 4 months. We have set and agreed on at least 4 specific dates for them to come out and they have not shown up and not even called to say they would not come out. Just left us waiting. After hearing from Home Advisor's, they promptly came back to my home and corrected the issue. Thank you to everyone involved.

I would highly recommend NBS Roofing. Alex did a great product presentation at my home and explained the work to be done. He and his Brother Paul, although hampered by the unseasonable weather, still completed the job in a timely manner. I am getting compliments on the roof from passers by, who I don't know. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the roof, and the great price they gave us.

NBS is a great company. They contacted me within a day and came out to take a look at my roof and gave me an estimate and explained their process and products they would use to replace my roof. Their quote was in the same ballpark if not better than other estimates that I had. They came in the morning with a team of workers and completed the job earlier than expected. They took photos of the job they were doing on the roof so I could see the products and how they were replacing the roof. Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Great family owned company. Would highly recommend.

Excellent people did an excellent job to replace roof and repair siding for my house. Long story short. The roof of my house was leaking, which needs an immediate attention to be replaced. It was near winter and the weather is hard to predict-lots of rains. The crew in NBS worked on weekend and evening to get the job done out of their busy schedule. All the workers are very polite, knowledgeable, and hard worker. The price of roofing is very competitive. The owner and Alex are very nice persons to work with (responded to my calls very quickly). I would highly recommend this company.

Responded to my call very quickly. Came out next day and I got a very reasonable estimate right away. Came out the next week and completed the job in 2 days! All the workers were polite, knowledgeable, and very hard workers. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up great when they were done. I highly recommend this company. Great job guys! Thanks!

I had a call back within about 20 min. and the worker was not only able to come out, same day, to give me an estimate - but was able to complete the job.

Very polite and flexible schedule.

I can say that NBS is a very competent company. I had 4 contractors come to my rental company to give me estimates and NBS Roofing outshone all of them. Alex came on time, went up on the roof and took pictures, came back down and wrote an estimate on the spot and later emailed me a copy with the "BEFORE" photos of the shingles needed to be replaced and repaired. The other 3 contractors came and gave me inaccurate quotes Alex went out of his way when I requested him to pull-out a couple of tiny plants starting to grow by the gutter! He also cleaned the gutter free of charge! And then, after the work was done, Alex emailed me a receipt/invoice with photos of what they have done ("AFTER" pictures). His customer service and all the work he did on the roof and the quality material that he provided really blew me away. I already told Alex that I will hire him again to do work on my own house and my other rental properties and will definitely refer him and NBS to my friends and family! His work is even covered with a 3-year written warranty.

The company was quick to respond to our request. Repair was completed within a few days of the estimate.. Am having them return for some masonry work. Highly recommend NBS

Very competent company . Careful and cautious

I needed an emergency repair performed on my siding (wind blew pieces off the house. NBS came out the same day i called to give me an estimate. The father and son owners of the business were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure that I would not have any future problems with the siding. They came back the next day (which was Christmas Eve) and worked most of the day to get the job done by the time I had to leave for a Christmas function. Very impressive! They were polite, friendly and hard working. I would hire them again as well as recommend the company to my friends.

Niagara Building Systems is a very rep, removed old wooden fascia utable company. They repaired drywall in two bathrooms, installed gutter covers and replaced a gutter. They also removed old screens and installed new pet proof ones on two doors, cleaned gutters, repaired drywall crack, installed two chimney covers, repaired flashing , removed and replace old wooden fascia and aluminum fascia. I was very satisfied with the quality of their work. and will definitely hire them again.

They removed garage entry door, installed new door, lock set and sill. Also repaired decaying trim. Very good service and workmanship.
