Douglas and his team met or exceeded all expectations. Douglas took a consultative approach when first visited, providing much more valuable information than most his competitors that provided estimates. Will hire him again when we next need his services.

Based on a positive experience with Clear Choice Tree Service several years ago, I decided to request their service again to trim some canopies and remove some limbs of 2 to 3 large trees. Doug expressed a definite willingness to come over, assess the job, and give me a quote. He wasn’t shy about explaining how his services were among the very best compared to other tree services. Despite his egotistical attitude, he scheduled a site visit. He assured me that he would call when he was on his way, but he didn’t call. He never showed to the site visit, and ignored my attempt to reach him. He didn’t let me know what circumstances had changed, and I have still heard nothing from him. As a result of his unprofessional behavior and clear lack of work ethic, I am taking my business elsewhere. Doug has shown that he can Clear Choice Tree Service are unreliable and untrustworthy. I will never use their services again, and I strongly recommend that you think twice before you give them your business.

Arrived on time. Began working immediately. Climbed to top of VERY tall trees and took them down neatly and quickly!
