I can?t give them a triple ?A+?, so I?ll give them an ?A? for overall job. I had several trees and everyone else would only cut down one or two trees for that price. He came, I asked him and he said, ?listen, for this price I?ll cut down all these trees, I?ll grind down your stumps and I?ll clean it up so you won?t even know we were here except for the balled spots where the stumps are!? I said, ?let?s make it happen!?
He came with his crew, they did what he said they were going to do and I was like, ?wow!? Everyone else would have charged me about $3,000 more for all the trees I had. He just charged me $1,500 and he did everything. Six people came out to do the job. The workers were nice and genuine to me. They left the area clean.

Anderson is the only tree service we use as they have always done a great job. This time needed three trees removed. I'm guessing they were each about three stories tall. One in the corner of our property was dead and a danger to our next door neighbor's property. The other two trees must have been planted before the previous owner of our house added an addition to the back. Although I hate to get rid of trees, these were only about six feet from the house and the roots are now pushing in our basement wall. We were also afraid large branches could fall onto our new roof. One fell last year barely missing my husband as he walked across the yard. Yikes! Bad weather caused a reschedule about three weeks out...granted they had to accommodate my husband's crazy work schedule needing to sleep during daytime hours four days a week. Since I wasn't happy about waiting so long, worried about dead tree falling down, I asked that if they had a cancellation in the meantime to please call me. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call that they could come a week sooner. Nice to know that they really do care about customer needs. The day they were due, the office called to say they were running a bit late which we appreciated...but then they showed up earlier anyway which made me happy. The workers needed heavy equipment to remove large trunks and branches and well as a crane to reach tree tops. The chipper truck could not fit into our yard so everything had to be carried out. Instead of taking the shortcut over the lawn, they went the long way around the house down the 150 foot long cement driveway. Also placed plywood against our house to protect it where they were working just in case any branches got loose...but none did as far as we could see. We stood outside and watched them work because it was fascinating to see step by step the guys work together and with such precision. Kudos to the man who literally climbed and cut the dead tree and then used bucket crane so perfectly for the other two trees. Knowing just how to tie the branches and trunk parts and just were to cut so that each piece swung safely and lowered down to the ground. Amazing. The guys on the ground worked with him and cleared each piece out with either a carrier or by hand. The trees gone, they then ground the stumps, removed all debris. Blew off the entire roof from end to end even areas where they weren't working. Just so there is no misunderstanding, nothing hit the house or roof except a few leaves or acorns that would have fallen off with the wind anyway. The Anderson crew completed the job, cleanup and all, in just a few hours. Job well done. Thank you.

We had work done by this provider last year and the trees weren't exactly to what I had in mind so they offered to fix the trees and make them exactly to how I wanted the future for no charge and they came out this year and did the work perfect. They are always prompt, on time and great to work with.

Communication was top notch. They showed up and gave me estimate within 1 week of my first call. The man who did estimate knew his stuff. Was done in 15 minutes. Actually gave me two estimates due to shared property tree. They set a date within 10 days, a Sat morning between 8 and 9. Showed up at 8 on the dot. Lots of equipment, several men. Worked on multiple trees at same time. Followed my instructions as to what wood i kept and where to place it. They even volunteered to sharpen my chainsaw. I kept a lot of the wood which I'm sure sped the job somewhat. Their tree climber was a master. Much of the work was done w/o using the bucket.
Finished and cleaned up by 10:30. Kept to the estimate with no issues. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Professional, friendly, hard working and talented group of folk.

It was several months ago so I don't recall all details. What I do remember is that the salesperson was professional, communications with the office went well. Crew showed up with equipment to do the job quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up everything that they cut down. Did everything as promised. Owner Chris was at the scene. Very nice man. Went over everything with us to make sure we were happy with the work.
Price seemed a little high at first but, being new homeowners, we have never had trees pruned before and didn't know what to expect. And we have a lot of very tall trees. Considering everything, equipment, manpower, clean up and a job well done in the amount of time they took, we decided it was well worth it and would hire Anderson Tree Service again.

Initially it started out well, but after the job was done they left some divots on the grass. After some communication with the company, they called and committed to come an take care of the lawn. We were very happy with the response from Chris Anderson who offered to take care of it. It took a few weeks but it was responded to.

The crew arrived a little later than stated but within an hour. They were fast, courteous, and cleaned up nicely. I thought the price was very reasonable for all the work they did. I paid them before I had the chance to see how well the job was completed. When I did have the chance to look it over, I noticed they had missed one branch that I wanted cut that had a wire running through it leading up to the house. I called the next day and explained the situation. Josie was very nice on the phone and said she would call back with a date that they would be able to come back and take care of it. They returned about two weeks later, no hassle. Great job all around!

They came exactly on schedule and all of the employees worked very hard and were very professional. The owner, Chris, and his nephew Jason, were on the job with their crew most of the time. I am very satisfied with all of the work that was done. The entire yard was filled with branches and debris, and before they left, the entire property looked cleaner than when they arrived.
I would definately recommend this firm to anyone considering having any tree work done.

It went very well from beginning to end. A young man named Eric did a great deal of the work. Very nice polite and worked extremely hard. The cleanup was very good. I would use them again.

They changed the date of the service that we had agreed on. They changed the time for me and it was very inconvenient. The biggest problem was when they moved my large patio set and they did not put it back. I asked them to remember to move it back before hand, and I was unable to move it myself. What I didn't like is that they did not get back to me even they were only about two minutes away.
