+ -1 moreThe job started and ended on time and at the bid price. The price was fair...not the lowest nor highest of 5 bids. The owner worked each of 4 days with one assistant. They cleaned up each day and thoroughly cleaned up at job's end. Neat job site.
Description of Work: New roof; stripped off the two old roofing layers, 6 feet ice and snow shield along eves and valleys, 15 lb. felt paper, 30 year shingles, new vent boots & new drip edge.
