The technician was supposed to arrive between 8-12. I received an automated call at 11:30 saying that he would arrive in 1.5 hours. He showed up at 2. He was here for 45 minutes. I sent an email to GE asking if they thought the price was appropriate. It may turn out to be appropriate and standard for the industry but it just didn't seem right. I figured they'd automatically recoup the $89 service call fee regardless of the work done but thought that the final cost would be closer to $100. When I asked him if they charge by the hour, he said that most jobs are charged by job rather than by time.

THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND DO GOOD WORK. I WAS SATISFIED WITH WHAT THEY DID. THEY WERE QUICK WHEN THEY CAME. IT ONLY TOOK A FEW MINUTES.

I WAS VERY UPSET AND DISSATISFIED WITH THE JOB THAT G E DID. THE REPAIRMAN WAS UNPREPARED FOR THE JOB. HE SAID THAT HE HAD TO MAKE TWO SEPARATE BILLS, AND HE TOOK MY FLASHLIGHT AS WELL. I WAS OVER CHARGED, AND STILL HAD A PROBLEM.

I HAD JUST HAD G E COME OUT AND FIX THE SAME PROBLEM ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO. I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I SHOULD HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM. I DID NOT LIKE THE REPAIRMAN AT ALL. I THOUGHT HE WAS SHADY AND NEVER CARE TO SEE HIM AGAIN.

I HAVE USED THEM FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS, AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEIR WORK QUALITY IS FANTASTIC. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH, BUT STILL REASONABLE.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO BE THERE. THE REPAIRMAN CAME IN AND GOT TO WORK DONE RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING.

I WAS QUITE SATISFIED. THE SERVICEMAN WAS ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS IT TOOK THREE WEEKS BEFORE THEY COULD COME. I JUST ATTRIBUTED THIS TO THEM BEING BOOKED UP BECAUSE IT WAS AROUND CHRISTMAS.

THE PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH! I HAVE ONLY USED THEM THE ONE TIME. I WAS QUOTED ONE PRICE ON THE PHONE AND CHARGED MORE AT THE TIME OF SERVICES. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE THE WORKMAN WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE GAVE ME SUGGESTIONS TO PREVENT FURTHER PROBLEMS, SUCH AS NOT TO BLOCK THE SPINNER.

I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED GE PRODUCTS AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS ARE LACKING IN MANY WAYS. THE SERVICE CALL WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, AND I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THIS PART EVERY TWO YEARS!

THIS COMPANY DID A WONDERFUL JOB REPAIRING MY APPLIANCES. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO ACCESS THE PROBLEM AND DO THE REPAIRS. THE SERVICE GUY WAS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
